The Internal Family System (IFS) is a psychotherapeutic approach that views each person as a system of different parts or sub-personalities. This method emphasizes self-compassion and the ability to access our true Self - the wise, compassionate core within each of us.
Through this course, participants will learn to understand and work with these internal parts, recognize how different parts of ourselves take on protective roles, and discover how to achieve greater harmony and integration within ourselves.
