Vcil Community is a network and community of people who promote systemic transformation, towards a prosperous and regenerative society through alternative education and social innovation.
There are 3 areas in which Vcil Community is active:
1. Alternative education

Since its inception, Vcil Community has always aimed to create systematic social transformation, promoting a comprehensive shift to a model of development based on welfare and regeneration.
Social transformation must begin with personal transformation. Individuals who experience awakening in their awareness can bring about changes in lifestyle, values, and beliefs, toward happiness and regeneration.
Starting with alternative education, Vcil Community aims to nurture individuals with new perspectives and ways of thinking based on generosity, sharing, cooperation, respect for diversity, constructivism, social impact, recognition of interconnectedness and mutual support.

The gap year and college alternative program supports learners on their journey to understand themselves and explore the world.
The individual's perceived transformation will lead to changes in lifestyle, values, and beliefs, toward happiness and sustainability. They will need to engage and create values consistent with internal transformations; at the same time, they need to connect as a community to co-initiate initiatives, business models, and organizations based on the values of social welfare and natural regeneration.
New people will need new business models, new ways of governing and operating in order to make the necessary changes. Social enterprises and network work are bridges between inner transformation and social impact, transforming personal development into organized and impactful actions.

Vcil Community believes that meaningful transformation starts from internal change and from there extends to systemic changes. Vcil Community's approach to building that community is to create spaces and nurture personal growth and transformation, contributing to the overall well-being of the community.
