Every individual possesses inherent values to share, depending on their unique resources. These can range from expertise, knowledge, and skills to time and material goods. Conversely, we all have essential needs—whether it is gaining knowledge in a specific field, acquiring a necessary item, finding a place to stay while traveling, or seeking potential business partners and clients.
Given our diverse backgrounds, experiences, and professions, each person has resources to share (offers) and requirements to be met (needs). In a world dominated by traditional capitalist systems that prioritize growth, profit, and consumption through monetary exchange, the Offers and Needs Market emerges as an alternative approach to conventional job markets and trade. It serves as a way to mobilize community resources, helping us reimagine how we connect, share, and co-create a new narrative together.
The Offers and Needs Market (OANM) thus becomes a platform for community members to collaborate and share resources. This fosters valuable connections, encourages mutual growth, and directs resources to those who need them most—cultivating equality, generosity, solidarity, and the creation of sustainable value.
To join the OANM, members simply need to complete the registration form (specifying your offers/needs, availability or urgency, contact information, and financial contribution, if any).
Vcil Community will then compile the necessary information and host it so that members can easily connect with one another.
On a weekly or monthly basis, Vcil Community will facilitate and coordinate these connections to ensure the smooth operation of the Offers and Needs Market.
