Vcil Collaborative Initiative Fund (Vcil Members Collaborative Micro-grant) is an unrestricted annual fund for Vcil community members (Members) to promote connection, collaboration, and resource sharing among community members.
From now until December 1, 2025, Vcil community members have the opportunity to receive an unrestricted micro-grant (unrestricted micro-grant) from 1,000,000 VND - 5,000,000 VND as a starting point for members to begin implementing their projects and initiatives.
The Vcil Community Collaborative Initiative Fund aims to create a platform for the community to realize initiatives, ideas, and projects that involve the participation and collaboration of at least 3 Vcil community members.

All Vcil community members. Non-community members can register for Vcil Community Membership to submit project proposals.
- Step 1: Register to join Vcil Community Members (See registration guide at section 4, Vcil Community Handbook)
- Step 2: Find team members in the community to write the project proposal
- Step 3: Submit the project through the registration form for Members
No limits on ideas, formats, or implementation methods. Here are some suggestions from Vcil Community:
- Training workshops or skill-sharing sessions, film screenings, cultural exchanges, fairs...
- Small meetings / conferences.
- Writing books, making films, composing music…
- Community experiments / prototyping products.
- Research.
- Community connection activities.
- Building websites, applications, software, online platforms…
- Building and implementing courses.
- Seed funding for small startup projects or social projects.
REQUIREMENT: Project proposals must describe specific products and clearly identified target beneficiaries.
5. TIMELINE
- From now until 01/12/2025 → Submit proposals + review proposals.
- Before 05/01/2026 → Announce results.
- From 05/01/2026 – 30/04/2026 → Initiatives are implemented.
- End of 05/2026 → Submit project results.
6. SELECTION CRITERIA FOR PROJECT PROPOSALS
No limits on ideas, formats, or implementation methods, but Vcil Community will prioritize:
- Initiatives, projects, activities, and events… that promote knowledge, experience, expertise, and resource exchange among community members.
- Proposals that are meaningful to the initiators and have the potential to impact surrounding communities.
- Proposals that promote new approaches to how we learn, work, do business, volunteer, and develop communities…
- Ideas and proposals that can use minimal resources for long-term development and reach many people deeply.
Vcil Community hopes this call is an opportunity for members to better understand the Members Community and begin collaborating, working, connecting, and sharing resources with each other.
