The program "Knowing Others, Knowing Myself", compiled by Hieu Van Ngu - Cultura Fish - 好文魚, is part of Module 1 - "Nurturing Body and Mind" of The Soil Project. Following the success of "Knowing Others, Knowing Myself" from last year (2021), this program continues to provide foundational knowledge and practical guidance on culture, aiming to understand Vietnamese cultural and historical characteristics as a way to understand ourselves (the influence of culture on thinking, emotions, and actions). At the same time, participants have the opportunity to experience fieldtrips, learn folk songs, try on traditional theater makeup, and more to add knowledge for becoming global citizens.
Time: Workshops/classes are distributed throughout evenings and daytime from March 10-18, 2023
Location: Theoretical sessions take place at Cai To Nho, 193/31 Nguyen Dinh Chinh, Ward 11, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC; workshop/fieldtrip locations will be announced later.
